The process of new products creation follows some key points:

design brief from the client or design of the models on the base of the clients' moodboard/values/needs
patterns development
materials collection
cut/sewing assemby of uppers or bags prototypes
shipping of the prototypes to the client
fitting done by the client with our support (if needed)
final samples production on the base of the fitting and of eventual amendements to do
production of the items
shipping of the production to the client
